3. payment & refund
- Prices are as quoted. Payment is due according to the agreed schedule (upfront or installments).

4. intellectual property
- iTechiFi™ retains ownership of all underlying code and design until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered software.
5. confidentiality
- We will treat your project details as confidential.
- You agree not to share any proprietary information belonging to iTechiFi™ without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
iTechiFi™’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia.
